ℹ️ Circumstances of loss: Somewhere around Washington Ave and 10th ave. I was flying a kite early in the morning the sun wasn’t even up yet. I was with a friend that insisted on holding on to my stuff. I wanted them to take pictures of me flying the kite. We were in the sidewalk and street. We were were the housing authority building, shelter, school day care and Verizon buildings is. There is a parking ramp in that corner too. NE/NORTH LOOP going towards downtown area. We walked down the street on 4th st Under bridge somewhere in between goodwill and holiday gas station. Or then on 3red and walked around. That area. We looked all day for them I just don’t understand how they could have disappeared so quickly they would have stood out. Asked every business if someone turned them in and no luck.
