Ring lost in Chicago (IL) at City center / downtown
Lost item: Jewelry - Great Grandma's Ring. It's white gold, 4 diamonds of various sizes. The largest one sits a bit apart from the others which are in a row. The band is thin and has a gap where it's broken.
Date of loss: 2025-11-20 (estimated time: 6 PM–10 PM)

ℹ️ Circumstances of loss: I was sitting near the corner of Arcade and Wells Street. I had taken it off to try to tighten the band, which I do all the time, and instead of putting it back on my finger, which I do all the time, I set it down for a minute to get something out of my purse and forgot about it. So angry and disappointed in myself! 25 years, same habit, never lost it. Given this info maybe I don't deserve it back. Thanks for letting me say that.
